Our 2017-2018 program year opens with Bill Rossiter, CEO & Principal, Interrupt presenting "Creating a Killer Customer Experience".  This will be a lunch meeting at Sinclair Conference Center.

Bill is a 30 year veteran of business and marketing – demonstrating success from the corporate side and as a successful entrepreneur. He had 20 plus years at Owens Corning in leadership roles in sales, marketing, operations and general management.

Using this expertise, several years ago he purchased Interrupt, and grew it to a sought after strategic marketing and branding firm partnering with Fortune 1000 clients in building products, home improvement and home enjoyment spaces.

Bill spends much of his time with his clients’ senior management, leading their strategic thinking and helping them create profitable business plans while maneuvering through an ever-changing industry. Bill’s favorite quote is “Never grow a wishbone where your backbone should be.” This symbolizes Bill’s philosophy and is why he has been starting, fixing or growing businesses most of his career.

A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, he guest lectures in the University’s Business and MBA programs each semester to help future industry leaders better compete and succeed. Bill’s personal brand is “mentorship”, not only demonstrated in his business career and teaching, but also as a long term foster parent. Bill has been the beneficiary of great mentors and success in his career.

He shares many of his learnings and successes achieved through a couple of his recently published books; “Diverge” a business book about breaking away from business as usual, and “Creating a Killer Customer Experience” an eBook on the new customer’s expectations of experience.
