Here are the details for the 2017 Mercury Awards & Volunteer Appreciation Ceremony: 

  • Date – Tuesday, May 16th, the reservation deadline May 8th

  • Time – Registration & Networking from 5:30-7:00pm, Awards Ceremony beginning at 7:00.

  • Unfortunately, we will not have the student advertising presentation this year due to the externship schedule of the presenting team.

  • Location – Moraine Country Club

  • Menu – Dinner heavy hors d'ouevres, assorted desserts, cash bar.

  • New for this year, and included in the price is valet parking!

  • Cost - $40 per person, Table of 8 Sponsorship available for $400 (includes premium seating, table signage, listing in program, listing on screen and mention from podium)

  • Effective May 8, the per person cost will increase by $5.  The Table of 8 Sponsorship will still be available at an increased price, however it will not include listing in the program due to that deadline, but the other benefits will still be included.
